36. A financial management officer, a socioeconomic research and planning officer, a computer and administrative processes analyst or an administrative attaché who is governed by the collective labour agreement for professionals and who carries out duties at the Direction des opérations des biens non réclamés is authorized to sign any contract for an amount not exceeding $1,000.
